The 2019 School of Theatre production Begets: Fall of a High School Ronin was a complex and challenging production both onstage and off. In my role as Production Stage Manager it was my duty to organize and run the production from start to finish. In this project I will share the organizational strategies and paperwork I used to ensure the artistic integrity designed by the creative team, and maintain a safe environment for everyone involved in the production. Communication is paramount to my work as Production Stage Manager.
