STUDI KASUS PENGARUH BIAYA SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA PADA PROYEK BANGUNAN TINGGI

Implementation of SMK3 on a project would significantly affect work performance at a construction field. Thus, cost of implementation SMK3 is crucial to consider. This research aiming to investigate K3 cost allocation that affect to work performance of K3 in each project. Research method utilized case study method where as data collected by gathering Safety Department’s document from corresponding building division and had use few high rise building project done by a construction company at Jakarta as sample and using Spearman Rank. Furthermore, in depth interview applied on expert staffs at safety division in order to understand the cost component. Optimistically research projects could reflect budget and cost implementation of K3 on the corresponding construction company. And the result of this research is cost of traffic sign and cost of budget are affect work performance in each project. Kata kunci: SMK3, Cost of K3, Performance of Construction Fiel
