This article aims to discuss efforts to develop the younger citizen's critical thinking skills through Civic Education in higher education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. This study collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show there are three processes for developing critical thinking skills through Civic Education in higher education. First, using a scientific learning approach, contextual, constructivism, and an open-ended approach. Second, the media developed is blended learning and e-learning strategy.
