Background: In the present digital era, newer techniques are required that would attract the attention of children and aid in the modification of behaviour. This study evaluated the efficacy of dental simulation games as a tool in behavior modification.Materials and Methods: A randomized clinical-control study was conducted among 60 children (30-control group, 30-trial group). Using Frankls behavior rating scale, we assessed the behavior of children. The children in the trial group played a dental simulation game and their behavior was assessed after a simple dental procedure.
