Kegel exercises are a great idea for women of all age groups because of the variety of benefits that they offer. Kegel’ exercise includes contracting of pelvic floor muscles for a few seconds and releasing the contractions and repeating this step for 4 to 5 times. This exercise helps to strengthens pelvic muscles that support the bladder, vagina, uterus and rectum besides strengthening pelvic muscles helps in improving bladder control.
