Experimental Investigation on Biofuel Extraction from Silk Cotton seed Oil and Its Characterization

Recently, most of the biodiesel were made from edible oils fuels associate in having an alkalic catalyst. Biodiesel outlined because of the mono-alkyl esters of vegetable. Biodiesel is made by Trans esterifying the oil or fat with associate in having alcohol (methanol/ethanol) beneath gentle conditions within the presence of a base catalyst. Within the gift study, high free carboxylic acid (14.71 percentages) white silk-cotton tree seed oil was used as a supply for biodiesel production. The Transesterification method is developed to convert the high FFA oils to its mono-esters. To reduce the definite quantity of the oil, 2 mg KOH/g of oil victimization the acid catalyst (H2SO4) and fuel is used.
