BACKGROUND: Muscular flexibility is an important aspect of normal human function. Decreased flexibility of the hamstring muscle predisposes to musculoskeletal overuse injuries commonly seen in sports activities and significantly affects the person’s functional level. AIM OF THE STUDY: To compare the effect of Neurodynamic sliding and Dynamic ROM on the hamstring muscle flexibility. OBJECTIVES: 1. Determine the effect of dynamic ROM training in the decreased hamstring flexibility in the young male subjects. 2.
