The purpose of this research is to know The Role Of Village Head On Oversee Management Of Village Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) In Simpang Kubu Village Kampar Sub Districts Kampar Regency. Te result of study to know the factors influence Supervision The Role Of Village Head On Oversee Management Of Village Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) In Simpang Kubu Village Kampar Sub Districts Kampar Regency. The type of study used was qualitative. The data collection by using interview, observation, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively and explain it and then draw a consulusion. Research informant is, directors of Bumdes unit staff of Bumdes, and society. Key Informant is village head From the results of the study, it can be seen from the supervision carried out by the Village Head in the management of Village Owned Enterprises in Simpang Kubu Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency Indeed the standards have been determined in the Bumdes Berkah Simpang Kubu but from management there are more difficulties or difficulties encountered in overseeing the management of bumdes . One of the inhibiting factors is that communication between village heads and Bumdes staff is lacking due to the limited time of village heads in supervising as well as adding human resources to assist supervision.
