PT. Bank Pembangunan Jawa Barat & Banten Tbk. Branch of Sukabumi is one of the banks in Sukabumi city that has been established since 1961. The problem identified at PT. Bank Pembangunan Jawa Barat & Banten Tbk. Branch of Sukabumi was decrement of employee performance. The research was aimed at analyzing the influence of selection process and job placement toward employee performance. The research methods applied were descriptive and associative.
