The Palmetto Cycling Coalition, in collaboration with Bikelaw and the South Carolina Department of Public Safety is pleased to present Safe Streets Save Lives, a long-term, strategic bicycle-safety campaign in South Carolina to bring public awareness to the need for safer roadways for bicyclists.
