Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dengan stres manajer madya. teori yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengggunakan random, dengan subyek berjumlah 52 manajer madya. metode pengumpulan data dengan skala psikologis dalam bentuk skala likert yang dimodifikasi dari indikator setiap variabel. Selanjutnya untuk keperluan analisis data perlu ditransformasikan di dalam skala interval dengan menggunakan skala likert yakni skala berisi 5 tingkat jawaban.
