Factors that Influence The Decision of Visit Tourism in Agrowisata Semarang District

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengunjung agrowisata dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan kunjungan. Faktor-faktor yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan kunjungan adalah aksesibilitas, atraksi, fasilitas, promosi, pendapatan, pekerjaan dan pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan di dua lokasi agrowisata di Kabupaten Semarang yaitu Hortimart Agro Center dan Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik yang digunakan accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah pengunjung agrowisata sebanyak 40 responden. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literature dan internet. Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan kunjungan wisata dianalisis dengan regresi logistik ordinal diolah dengan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik responden di agrowisata mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan usia 26 hingga 35 tahun, berasal dari luar daerah agrowisata, berpenghasilan dua juta hingga tiga juta rupiah per bulan dan pekerjaan pegawai swasta dengan tingkat pendidikan sarjana dan SMA. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan kunjungan wisata yaitu aksesibilitas, atraksi, promosi dan pendapatan, sedangkan fasilitas, pekerjaan dan pendidikan tidak berpengaruh siginifikan.The growth of the tourism industry is increasing every year, making tourism one of the biggest foreign exchange contributors industries. This study aims to determine the characteristics of agrotourism visitors and the factors that influence the visit decision. The factors that are thought to influence the visit decisions are accessibility, attractions, facilities, promotions, income, employment and education. The study was conducted at two agro-tourism locations in Semarang Regency, namely Hortimart Agro Center and Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling with the technique used accidental sampling. The research sample was 40 agro-tourism visitors. Primary data were obtained through interviews using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from literature and internet studies. To identify the factors that influence the decision of tourist visits were analyzed by ordinal logistic regression processed with SPSS 24. The results showed the characteristics of respondents in agrotourism the majority of women aged 26 to 35 years, came from outside the agro-tourism areas, earning two million to three million per month and employment of private employees with undergraduate and high school education levels. Factors that significantly influence the decision of tourist visits are accessibility, attractions, promotions and income, while facilities, work and education have no significant effect
