Prosiding Konser Karya Ilmiah Nasional 2019 : Kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia Pertanian Menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0, p. 125 – 129Jongi plant (Dillenia serrata Thunb) is one of the family Dilleniaceae plants that is endemic in Sulawesi. The results of a reference study of this plant state that jongi fruit contains citric acid compounds, vitamin C and betacarotene and secondary metabolic compounds namely alkaloid compounds, flavonoids, saponins, polyphenols and triterpenoids so that it has antioxidant activity. Antioxidant activity of jongi fruit makes it a potential source of functional food.
