This research is a field research, using descriptive methods with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The primary data source is the service provision for the elderly, staff, while secondary data is in the form of archives in the Social Care Nursing Services Section of Tresna Werdha Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin.
