MANAJEMEN BIMBINGAN MANASIK HAJI PADA KELOMPOK BIMBINGAN IBADAH HAJI (KBIH) AL-HIKMAH MUARO SIJUNJUNG

KBIH as a community social organization is authorized by the government to provide guidance on Hajj rituals. Hajj ritual guidance involves the elements of training namely participants, instructors, materials, methods, media, and costs. The involvement of many elements in the training of the Hajj rituals, this requires systematic or management arrangements. This paper will find out how the management of the guidance of the Hajj rituals is limited about the application of the functions of planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling. To answer this problem, research has been carried out using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that basically the Hajj manasik guidance has implemented management functions so that the objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Planning is done based on vision, mission, and goals. Organizers have been carried out based on expertise with regard to educational background, work experience in accordance with the provisions of guidance. Guidance activities can be carried out because there is motivation and direction from the leadership of instructors and worshipers through communication.
