WOS: 000471239900018This study was conducted to determine gravimetrical and frictional properties of four white kidney beans varieties (Karaman, Topcu, Karacasehir and Akman), each having five different seed moisture contents (14.58 %, 24.32 %, 33.45 %. 42.54 % and 53.48 %). According to obtained results, the axial dimensions of all bean varieties increased by increasing the seed moisture content. In addition, there was a positive relationship between the thousand grain mass and seed moisture content and bet ween the surface area and moisture content.
