The phosphor was analyzed usingUV–vis spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron (XPS), time offlight secondary ion mass spectroscopy (ToF-SIMS), photoluminescence spectroscopy, synchrotron radi-ation spectroscopy and cathodoluminescence spectroscopy.
