International audienceAdipose tissue (AT) fibrosis in obesity compromises adipocyte functions and responses to intervention-10 induced weight loss. It is driven by AT progenitors with dual fibro/adipogenic potential, but pro-fibrogenic pathways activated in obesity remain to be deciphered.
