International audienceAggregation of particular proteins in the form of inclusion bodies or plaques followed by neuronal death is a hallmark of neurodegenerative proteopathies such as primary Parkinsonism, Alzheimer’s disease, Lou Gehrig’s disease, and Huntington’s chorea.
