Scherr will be awarded the 2019 William Pincus Award for Outstanding Service and Commitment to Clinical Legal Education. To be presented during the January Association of American Law Schools Annual Meeting, the honor recognizes clinical legal education individuals/institutions for service, scholarship, program design and implementation or other activity beneficial to clinical education or to the advancement of justice. As the preeminent national award in clinical education, this honor constitutes a career award conferred for exceptional contributions to clinical education.
