A true interdisciplinary engagement between public law and other humanistic sciences (as history, philosophy, sociology, pedagogy etc.) is necessary to counter the worldwide crisis, that is also democracy crisis, as the arise of populism shows. Human being must be addressed to a new educational challenge that involves culture. On this level, constitutionalism and constitution still play a fundamental role. From this perspective, the aim of this essay is to focus on the concept of limit, in its double meaning – as limit to power and as limit to recognize the other person as a value.
