This article argues that a cinematic philosophy could follow the model of thought that Kierkegaard defined as a situation of contemporaneity, which appears in a certain way in Deleuze's thoughts about cinema. In other words, thinking places us in a fundamentally ethical situation. We can choose to believe or not to believe that a meaningful world is possible. In short, the relationship between thought and existence, film and thought is an ethical choice of whether to becomeor not. The text is divided into three sections.
