Perehdytyskansion laadinta

This thesis purpose was to create an orientation folder for company called Dymont Installation Oy. The company didn’t have an orientation folder before, so that’s how I got idea for my thesis subject. Target for the thesis was to create clear orientation folder which would serve a basis for orientation conserving the potential changes. This thesis shows the importance of orientation folder and orientation for new em-ployee and for the company. An orientation belongs to the staff training and it has very important part and with that new employees internalize company practices to-gether with their own job description and procedures. The information for the thesis is from different kind conversations and interviews with company’s staff. Notes was made from conversations and interviews, which was used to help to create this orientation folder. This was notably the most optimal solution for the orientation file company wanted. When orientation into the company is clear enough and high-quality, has new em-ployee stable basis to start in new company. The most important part of getting started in new job is good orientation and its importance for future jobsites is high.Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli luoda perehdytyskansio Dymont Installation Oy:lle. Yrityksessä ei aiemmin ollut perehdytyskansiota, joten idea opinnäytetyön aiheelle syntyi siitä. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on luoda selkeä perehdytyskansio, joka toimisi pohjana huomioiden mahdollisia muutoksia tulevaisuudessa. Opinnäytetyössä käy ilmi perehdytyskansion sekä perehdytyksen tärkeys uudelle työntekijälle ja yritykselle. Perehdyttäminen kuuluu henkilöstön koulutukseen ja on erittäin tärkeä osa sitä, ja sen avulla uudet työntekijät sisäistävät nopeammin yrityk-sen toimintatavat sekä omaan työhön liittyvät toimenkuvat ja toimintatavat. Opinnäytetyöhön hankittu tieto on peräisin erilaisista keskusteluista ja haastatteluista yrityksen henkilöstön kanssa. Keskusteluista ja haastatteluista on tehty muistiinpa-not, joiden avulla tämä perehdytyskansio on luotu. Tämä oli huomattavasti optimaa-lisin ratkaisu yrityksen haluamalle perehdytyskansiolle. Kun perehdytys yritykseen on tarpeeksi selkeä ja laadukas, on uudella työntekijällä vakaa pohja aloittaa uudessa yrityksessä. Työn aloittamisen tärkein kohta on pereh-dytys ja sen merkitys tulevissa työkohteissa on suuri
