Aggression is stated by many to be a primary trait influencing human behavior, and argument can be made that it reflects a major personal attribute that renders responses across different situations relatively consistent. Situations also impose constraints on behavior so that the context in which aggressive behavior occurs and the personal attributes of the person involved interact.
