ANALISIS BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN KREATIF DALAM PEMECAHAN MASALAH DITINJAU DARI KECERDASAN LOGIS MATEMATIS

This study aims to analyze and describe students' critical and creative thinking in solving mathematical problems in terms of mathematical logical intelligence in class XI-MIPA students. The research method used was qualitative with tests (mathematical logical intelligence tests and mathematical tests) and interviews as data collection techniques. Analysis of the data in this study by examining indicators, determining answers and describing data for each item. Whereas in the interview the researcher used the stages of data reduction, display and drawing conclusions in the analysis of the data. The results of the study can be concluded that students have high mathematical logical intelligence critical and creative thinking always appears every problem solving. Indicators of critical thinking that arise in students of high mathematical logical intelligence are the clarification stage, the assessment stage, the inference stage and the strategy stage, while the creative thinking indicators that emerge are the fluency stage, the flexibility stage and the novelty stage. For students having mathematical logical intelligence, indicators of critical thinking that appear in the clarification stage, assessment stage and inference stage, while creative thinking indicators that appear fluency stage. For students having low mathematical logical intelligence indicators of critical thinking that appear clarification stage but have not shown creative thinking
