This study aims to analyze the effect of work engagement and job satisfaction on organizational commitment on Bondowoso Utama Savings and Loan Employees' employees, data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 50 employees using multiple linear regression analysis methods and the classical assumption test. The results showed that work involvement had no significant effect on employee commitment while job satisfaction variables had a positive effect on employee commitment. While based on simultaneous testing, it shows that the variables of job satisfaction and work involvement together do not significantly influence the commitment of KSP Karya Utama employees
