An Analysis of Islamic Leadership Style to Improve Employee Performance at Mandiri Syariah Bank of Soekarna Hatta Branch Office Malang City. This study aims to analyze the Islamic Leadership Style to Improve Employee Performance at Mandiri Syariah Bank of Soekarno Hatta Branch Office, Malang City. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research approach at Mandiri Syariah Bank of Soekarno Hatta Branch Office in Malang City. The sample in this study were about the branch leaders and the employees of Mandiri Syariah Bank Soekarno Hatta Branch Office. The data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style at Mandiri Syariah Bank uses the charismatic and democratic leadership style. A successful leader is a leader who is able to produce good performance based on the leadership he has and his leadership style. Good employee performance can always affect the results of quality, quantity, timeliness, cost effectiveness, and independence. So, every month they can reach the targets that have been set. In an Islamic perspective the leadership style at Mandiri Syariah Bank includes shiddiq, amanah, fathonah, and tabligh. It means the leaders can be modeled by employees. With a leader who fits the Islamic point of view can improve the quality of work that is comfortable and safe. So, it can affect the employee performance
