PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SUPLEMEN HERBAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN KELULUSAN HIDUP BENIH IKAN TAWES (Barbonymus gonionotus)

This research was conducted in November - December 2019 at the Laboratory of Fisheries, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, East Java. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of Herbal Supplements to the growth rate and passing rate of Tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus) seeds and to determine the dosage of Herbal Supplements that can affect the growth rate and graduation of Tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus) seeds. The method used in this research is the experimental method. In this study, using 3 treatments (P1, P2, P3) giving a dose and 1 control treatment (P0), each treatment was repeated as many as 3 replications were randomized freely in one experimental container, namely aquarium. The main parameters observed in this study were the results of growth measurements in the form of SGR (Significant Growth Rate), Daily Length Growth, survival rate in the form of FCR (Food Convention Rate) and SR (Survival Rate) of Tawes fish seeds. As for the supporting parameters observed were observations of the quality of aquaculture media including temperature, pH, and DO. The data analysis technique in this study is to use ANOVA (analysis of variance). The results showed that the mean value of SGR (Significant Growth Rate) and Daily Growth Length which were the best in trend graphs were on the treatment of P3 at a dose of 150 ml / kg of feed with an average SGR of 4, 88% and the average Daily Length Growth of 1.98 cm . Furthermore, the ANOVA results also showed that the P3 treatment was the best treatment compared to other treatments. The highest average FCR (Food Convention Rate) was on P3 treatment (3.88 mg / kg of feed) and survival rate (Survival Rate) at P2 treatment was 88.33%, so it can be concluded that the treatment of P3 (150 ml / kg of feed) ) is the best treatment for increasing SGR, Daily Length Growth, Graduation Life and FCR. This is because the addition of Herbal Supplements can increase the rate of growth and passing life
