ANALISIS PENGUKURAN WAKTU KERJA PADA PROSES PEMBUATAN SEPATU DI PT. KHARISMA BARU INDONESIA DI NGANJUK

Kharisma Baru Indonesia is a footwear manufacturer which has a factory location in Ds. Kerep Kidul Kab. Nganjuk The purpose of this study is to determine the production process that is experiencing delays in the shoe making process at PT. Kharisma Baru Indonesia and to find out and analyze the standard time needed in the process of making Decathlon Shoes at PT. Kharisma Baru Indonesia. The analytical tool used in this research is Process Charts and Time Study. The results showed that there were several elements of production that experienced a waste of time, namely in the elements of cutting cloth, printing, installing labels / brands and putting shoes in boxes. This then becomes an obstacle in the production process. The cause of the delay or waste of time is because employees have different levels of performance. Furthermore, the standard time needed in the process of making Decathlon Shoes brand shoes at PT. Kharisma Baru Indonesia as a whole takes 430.93 seconds at a fast performance level, equivalent to 7 minutes 11 seconds. Whereas the normal performance level requires a total standard time of 521.95 seconds, equivalent to 8 minutes 42 seconds
