LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PADA PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA BERBASIS BUDAYA DAN ALAM (Studi Di Desa Ngadas, Kec. Poncokusumo, Kab. Malang)

The development of tourism can be used as a way to develop local economic development in the region. The potential of Ngadas village in the mountainous area becomes one of the attractions. Natural potential in Ngadas village can be used properly, the geographical location of Ngadas village which is located in the area around Mount Bromo and Mount Semeru makes Ngadas village have one attraction again from the field of customs or culture owned by the Tengger tribe That inhabit the area around Mount Bromo and Mount Semeru and Ngadas village are located in the area. Local Economic Development (LED) is a process of interwoven interests between government, private, producers, and society by optimizing the local human resources and natural resources (Endogenous Development) in order to create Economic growth and employment opportunities. The development of local economy (PEL) in Ngadas village run with several indicators that exist, first creation of a new organization that is a conscious tourism patriotic, then the creation of a new economy in the form of Homestya, car rental A jeep, a souvenir center and several new economic sectors. And the the is an increase in the quality of resources in which he performed training to improve the quality of the resources that exist in Ngadas village. Economic development in Ngadas village through tourism has been done but still not maximally done. There are still many barriers in economic development through the tourism field in Ngadas village. Starting from the supporting infrastructure that is still incomplete, there are still many people who have not wanted to change the livelihood from agriculture to tourism.
