This study aims to determine the effect of white curcuma to the weight of carcass and the percentage of the weight of super chicken carcass. This research was begins from January (the) 6th, until March (the) 13th, 2019 at closed house livestock farm of Muhammadiyah University Malang, Tegalgondo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. The material used in this study is 100 heads Day Old Chick (DOC) super chicken starting with 4 treatments namely P0 (feed without addition of white curcuma flour), P1 (feed with 1 percent of white curcuma flour), P2 (feed with 2 percent of white curcuma flour), P3 (feed with 3 percent of white curcuma flour) with 5 replication.
