Listening has an important role in learning English accent, as accent is a unique way of speaking language. Every people have their own accent but there are two most favorable accents to learn such as American and British accents. The formulated aims of this current research are to investigate the 5th semester students preferred accent in learning listening subject material and their reasons in preferring certain accents in learning listening subject material.
