PENGARUH SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL PEMERINTAH DAN KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA BKD AMONG TANI, KOTA BATU, PERIODE 2018)

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the Government Internal Control System and Human Resource Competence on the Effectiveness of Regional Financial Management. This research conducted at Among Tani City Hall in Batu City. The determination of the sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study is the Head of Division, Head of Subdivision and staff of the Regional Finance Agency, with a total of 75 people. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analyses to assist with SPSS Windows Ver 25. The results of this study prove that the Government's Internal Control System and Human Resources Competence has a positive effect on the effectiveness of Regional Financial Management both individually and collectively
