Technological developments bring a change in the financial services sector where the use of digital technology that is developing is marked by the rise of online platforms in financial services. Fintech has several types, one of which is donation-based crowdfunding, donation-based crowdfunding makes it easy for donors to do charity activities secretly without the knowledge of others. Donation funds that have been collected on each donation platform will be notified of fund management through the website. This study uses the Krina (2003) indicator, which is 4 transparency indicators. The unit of analysis in this study is 76 online donation platforms. From 76 platforms, there are 32 online donation platforms included in the transparency category, but those that have made transparency towards the management of donation funds are only 14 donation platforms, so that the average level of transparency done by 76 online donation platforms is still minimal, reaching only 18.42%
