IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN BIDANG PENDIDIKAN DI DESA NGENEP KECAMATAN KARANGPLOSO

The Hope Family Program (PKH) is a social assistance program for Beneficiary Families (KPM) which is determined as a family of PKH Beneficiaries. As a conditional social assistance program, PKH opens access to poor families of pregnant women and children to utilize various health service facilities (faskes) and educational service facilities (fasdik) available around them. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the family of hope in the field of education carried out in Ngenep Village, Karangploso District. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, documentation, and interviews (in-dev) with information selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that PKH socialization activities in the field of education in Ngenep Village to PKH Beneficiaries in the field of education had been going well, namely coordinating with village officials and heads of educational institutions during the initial meeting. KPM PKH assistance in the field of education carried out by PKH facilitators in Ngenep Village in accordance with the SOP that is provided by the Central PKH consists of conducting house visits to the KPM PKH education field to conduct routine group meetings. Some factors that support PKH in the field of education in Ngenep Village are the availability of educational facilitie/infrastructure ranging from kindergarten to junior high, aid funds until on time. The inhibiting factors of PKH implementation in education in Ngenep Village, namely, the concentrated administration of PKH KPM in education such as not having an E-KTP, school education institutions make it more difficult for PKH facilitators who will report student/student data to receive PKH assistance in education
