The European Model Rules for the Procedure of the future European Public Prosecutor’s Office are the outcome of a research project carried out at the University of Luxemburg in the period February 2010 – March 2012 with the financing of the Hercule II Programme of the EU Commission and the co-financing of the University of Luxemburg. The Model Rules were elaborated by a group of academics and practitioners working under the coordination of Professor Katalin Ligeti.
