tank.tv is the first online curated exhibition space dedicated to artists' film and video. Between 2013-2016, in response to developments in technology and practice, tank.tv opened the tank.tv exhibition space, a physical gallery that operated in tandem with the online space in order to research and examine how the future of artists' film and video could intersect with emergent digital technologies, how curators can work with new generations of digital-oriented artist, while extending reach and engagement through residencies, exhibitions, artist work-in-progress events, new commissions, and education and interpretive events
