Susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) tam akım kompansasyonlu, filtrelenmiş faz ve magnitüd bilgisi içeren yüksek rezolüsyonlu 3D spoiled gradient eko sekansıdır. SWI, Santral sinir sistemi (SSS) gliomlarının gradelendirmesinde faydalı bir yöntem gibi görünmektedir. Perfüzyon MR tekniği ve rölatif tümör kan volümü (rCBV) değerleri noninvazif olarak tümör gradelemesinde en iyi tekniklerden biridir.
