Effects of cryogenic heat treatment on martensitic phase transformations of conialsi alloy

Son yıllarda literatürde, Co bazlı şekil hatırlamalı alaşımlar üzerinde çalışmalar son derece dikkat çekmektedir. Bu alaşımlar arasında CoNi, CoNiGa ve CoNiAl ısıl işlemlerle martensit fazına geçerler ve eğitilerek şekil hatırlama özelliği kazandırılabilmektedirler. Bu çalışmada; CoNiAlSiSb ve CoNiAlSiMo şekil hatırlamalı alaşımların kriyojenik ısıl işlem süresine göre martensitik faz dönüşümü etkilerinin belirlenmesi için Diferansiyel Tarama Kalorimetresi (DSC) ölçümleri; örgü mesafelerinin belirlenmesi için X-Işını Difraksiyonu; metalografik yapılarının incelenmesi için Taramalı Elektron Mikroskobu (SEM) ve optik mikroskobu deneyleri ve sertlik değişimleri için Vickers ve Rocwell sertlik ölçümleri yapıldı.In recent years, studies on Co-based shape memory alloys have been attracted too much attention in leterature. Among these alloys, CoNi, CoNiGa and CoNiAl transform to martensitic phase by heat treatments and they can be gained shape memory feature. In this study; Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) measurements to determine the effects of martensitic phase transformations; X-Ray Difraction method to determine lattice parameters; Scattering Electron Microscope (SEM) and optical microscope experiments to investigate metallographic structures and Vickers and Rocwell Hardness methods to find differences of hardness values, were performed due to the cryogenic heat treatment time on CoNiAlSiSb and CoNiAlSiMo shape memory alloys
