The nonlocal problem for an elliptic equation with two singular coefficients in a semi-infinite parallelepiped is investigated. Using the method of spectral analysis, the uniqueness and existence of the task is proved. The solution to the problem is constructed in the form of the sum of a double Fourier series by trigonometric and Bessel functions. Under certain conditions, with respect to the parameters and given functions, the uniform convergence of the constructed series and its derivatives up to the second order inclusive is proved
