Os saberes da experiência: uma aproximação necessária

This study was based on the assumption that the contact with the teacher knowledge through oral history methodology, can offer an interesting way in the formative process of teachers for basic education. The faculty knowledge that crisscross this methodology, seeking a reflection and change of meanings of practice and teacher training. In partnership with a professor in exercise and other training aimed to build knowledge necessary for educational practice. The knowledge that constitute the teaching , including the experiment , translated important learning in this process, as required moments of reflection between the two involved professionals. In a self-reflection process, to learn from the experience of others and listening to the other, knowledge were built and learned.Este estudo parte do pressuposto de que o contato com os saberes da experiência, por meio da aproximação com uma professora em exercício, via metodologia de história oral, pode oferecer um caminho interessante no processo formativo de professores para a educação básica. Os saberes docentes que entrecruzam essa metodologia, buscam uma reflexão e mudança de significados da prática e formação docente. Na parceria de uma professora em exercício e outra em formação, objetivou-se a construção de saberes necessários à prática educativa. Os saberes que constituem a docência, dentre eles o da experiência, traduziram importantes aprendizagens nesse processo, pois exigiram momentos de reflexão entre as duas profissionais envolvidas. Num processo de autorreflexão, de aprender com a experiência do outro e ouvindo o outro, saberes foram construídos e aprendidos
