In the current era of globalization, information technology is needed by society, because this technology has become a difficult part of life's joints. In the education sector, especially Islamic Vocational Schools Insan Cendekia Mempawah, is in dire need of a Financial Administration Information System and Academic Information System. The purpose of this research is to implement an academic information system which of course can facilitate the academic process at the school such as facilitating teacher data management, student data, class absences, inventory inventory, student grades, and can be a means of presenting information that can be accessed by students , teacher, and parents of students. In addition, another goal is to implement a financial administration system managed by schools, ranging from development fees, tuition fees, student savings, school income and expenses as well as any records that have been made in schools related to finance
