An information system is a system that provides information to take a decision or provide information that is useful to users. The author wants to create a system that can handle problems such as providing information to students or they parents about various student activities that exist in STMIK Pontianak, in addition be said as a media campaign. This software uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. This software is made using the PHP programming language and MySql database. The form of research used is Research and Development ( R & D ). Incorporation techniques with direct case observation or through the internet and electronic media. Analysis devices used; Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence diagrams and Class Diagrams. Testing techniques using black box. The results or this study can help improve performance in the field of student affairs and besides used as a medium for campus promotion to be better known by the public through an information system
