Recursos didácticos en educación estética

Education is in a constant process of modernization in this regard is a priority to seek alternatives for change and transformation by implementing technology, new strategies and the unavoidable use of teaching resources, in this virtue this research is considered important to incorporate the design a training workshop for teachers. The contents of this proposal include special features inclined in the professional improvement in the didactic and pedagogical environment of the student's teacher and academic, aspects that make the process of teaching and learning viable, in which it is intended to show that currently the student not only learn by listening, handling texts, the source of meaningful learning is through the technical management of teaching resources. The objective is to determine the importance of developing educational resources in aesthetic education, through training teachers through workshops, to improve the teaching-learning process of students of the sixth year of Basic Education parallel to the Educational Unit "Alfonso Rumazo González "; The theoretical foundations of the research are based on the constructivist theory, being a descriptive research; the research design is bibliographic and of observational record; the survey that was conducted was directed to the teachers, parents and students whose results were tabulated in an adequate manner; the analysis of the results showed the lack of use of didactic resources have an unfavorable impact on the students' educational process. It is interesting to contribute with this valuable, significant and motivating curricular document synthesized in the educational reality, with projections based on the development of basic skills.La educación está en un constante proceso de modernización en tal motivo es prioritario buscar alternativas de cambio y transformación implementando la tecnología, nuevas estrategias y la utilización ineludible de recursos didácticos, en tal virtud la presente investigación se considera importante incorporar el diseño un taller de capacitación para docentes. Los contenidos de esta propuesta abarcan características especiales inclinadas en el mejoramiento profesional en el ambiente didáctico y pedagógico del docente y académico del estudiante, aspectos que viabilizan el proceso de enseñar y aprender, en el cual se pretende mostrar que en la actualidad el estudiante no solo aprende escuchando, manejando textos, la fuente de aprendizajes significativos es mediante el manejo técnico de recursos didácticos. El objetivo es Determinar importancia de la elaboración de recursos didácticos en la educación estética, mediante la capacitación a docentes a través de talleres, para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes del sexto Año de Educación Básica paralelo de la Unidad Educativa “Alfonso Rumazo González”; los fundamentos teóricos de la investigación se basan en la teoría constructivista siendo una investigación de tipo descriptiva; el diseño de investigación es bibliográfico y de registro de observación, la encuesta que se realizó fue dirigida a los docentes, padres de familia y estudiantes cuyo resultados fueron tabulados de manera adecuada.; el análisis de los resultados mostró la falta de utilización de recursos didácticos inciden desfavorablemente en el proceso educativo de los estudiantes. Es interesante aportar con este valioso, significativo y motivador documento curricular sintetizado en la realidad educativa, con proyecciones basadas en el desarrollo de las destrezas básicas.Universidad Técnica de Cotopax
