Las TIC’s en la formación de los docentes

The Society is in a time of hasty changes in science and technology, thus evolving knowledge, technological tools and how to fill in different teaching activities that is done every day the teacher, for this reason the teacher should emphasize the use of technological tools in vocational training. Thus the use of technological tools was diagnosed by teachers through research to facilitate the work of teachers in the education system, where it is essential to apply the deductive method to obtain the expected results in teachers, so both the current education is needed that this teacher constantly updated in different areas of study to use various teaching strategies. In this research was used as a technique and as an instrument survey questionnaire where possible to detect the main aspects in which teachers have higher strengths and where they need to improve. As a result of this, you can outline some strategies or specific actions for treatment in the institution. Therefore the information technology and communication are essential in the teaching-learning process, because through these tools the teacher has the opportunity to create an enabling environment and enrich the knowledge of students in the educational context. It is noteworthy that the teacher's role is not only to teach the class traditionally, but must perform various activities using different technologies in the classroom. Consequently it provided different alternatives of the traditional model, with the use of technological tools that is responsible for teacher training and student, while the teacher justify to follow an updated class to provide training properly.La sociedad está en una época de cambios apresurados en la ciencia y la tecnología, de esta manera va evolucionando los conocimientos, las herramientas tecnológicas y la manera de ocupar en distintas actividades de enseñanza que lo realiza día a día el docente, por esta razón el maestro debe enfatizar en la utilización de las herramientas tecnológicas en la formación profesional. De esta manera se diagnosticó la utilización de las herramientas tecnológicas por parte de los docentes, mediante la investigación para facilitar la labor del docente en el sistema educativo, en donde es primordial aplicar el método deductivo para obtener los resultados esperados en los docentes, por lo tanto la educación actual se necesita que el docente este en permanente actualización en diferentes áreas de estudio para emplear diversas estrategias de enseñanza. En esta investigación se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario en donde permitió detectar los principales aspectos en los cuales los docentes tienen mayores fortalezas y en donde tienen que mejorar. Como producto de ello, se pueden delinear algunas estrategias o acciones puntuales para su tratamiento en la institución. Por lo tanto las tecnologías de la información y comunicación son fundamentales en el proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje, ya que mediante estas herramientas el docente tiene la oportunidad de crear un ambiente propicio y enriquecer los conocimientos de los estudiantes en el contexto educativo. Cabe resaltar que el papel del maestro no solamente es impartir la clase tradicionalmente, sino debe realizar diversas actividades utilizando diferentes tecnologías dentro del aula. En consecuencia brindó alternativas diferentes del modelo tradicional, con la utilización de las herramientas tecnológicas que se encarga de la formación del docente y del estudiante, a la vez justica al docente que debe seguir una capacitación actualizada para impartir la clase de manera adecuada
