Consumo de alimento en cuyes desde gazapos hasta crecimiento machos y hembras en el ceypsa

This research was conducted in the Technical University of Cotopaxi, Salache Bajo sector, in the Veterinary Medicine carrer where feed intake was determined in cuyes from gazapos to growth in the CEYPSA, knowing that this stage is the most important survival during their productive life, having as objective the identification, grouping by contemporary groups and animals´ phenotypic characteristics . The identification of cobayos is a method that allows data collection and know the by minors in relation to the particularity of each animal found in phenotypic characteristic; clustering allows us to determine the management for the entire contemporary group because in these management, demand, supply, and nutrient balances is very close between them. In handling the test it is started by selecting the animals in relation to their genotypic characteristics, obtaining (painted without swirl, painted with swirling, red, white, bayos) allowing us to determine depending on the differences in relation to animal consumption. Allowing to determine values used for feed conversion; the dry matter of each forage mixture where in the Kikuyo 16,45 MS, MS Ray Grass 17.64% MS, alfalfa with 14.8% MS, forage mixture 18.24% MS.La presente investigación se la realizó en la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi, sector Salache Bajo, en la Carrera de Medicina Veterinaria en donde se determinó el consumo de alimento en cuyes desde gazapos hasta crecimiento en el CEYPSA, conociendo que dicha etapa es la más importante para la sobrevivencia durante su vida productiva, teniendo como objetivos la identificación, y agrupación por grupos contemporáneos y características fenotípicas de los animales. La identificación de los cobayos es un método que permite la toma de datos y conocer los por menores en relación a la particularidad de cada característica fenotípica encontrada en los animales; la agrupación nos permite determinar el manejo para todo el grupo contemporáneo ya que en estos el manejo, requerimiento, oferta, y balances de nutrientes es muy cercano entre los mismos. En el manejo del ensayo se comenzó seleccionando a los animales en relación a sus características genotípicas, obteniendo (pintados sin remolino, pintados con remolino, colorados, blancos, bayos) lo que nos permite determinar según el tipo las diferencias en relación al consumo animal, permitiendo determinar valores utilizables para realizar la conversión alimenticia; Se obtuvo la materias seca de cada mezcla forrajera en donde Kikuyo 16,45 MS, Ray grass 17,64%MS, alfalfa con 14,8%MS, Mezcla forrajera 18,24 %MS
