This study dealt with the United States foreign policy towards the Palestinian cause in the period of President Barack Obama. Where, and after President George W. Bush term, a new foreign policy emerged towards the world in general, and towards the Palestinian issue in particular. In the last decade, the United States tried to restore some balance in the international arena, it became more assertive and determined to revive its past, reclaim its role and prestige, and maintain its security and sovereignty by adopting a new foreign policy. The political decision-making in the United States is processed within a set of powerful institutions that comprise the American political system, and they are governed by relations of cooperation...
