Abstract: The purpose of the research was to describe relationship between performance service administrative with customer satisfaction at Vocational High School in Malang. This study used a correlational design. The population of this study are teachers and students of Vocational High School in Malang. Sampel was selected using Proportional Random Sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive and correlation analysis technique. Results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between performance service administrative with customer satisfaction Vocational High School in Malang.
