ABSTRACT: The objective of this research is to know the effect of dollyo chagi kick training using elastic power bands toward explosive power of leg muscle in Taekwondo martial art at UKM Taekwondo Universitas Negeri Malang. The result of the research which was obtained from male participants who have t-value of -8.113 with the significance of .000 and from female participants who have t-value of -6.786 with the same significance. The significance value (p-value) is smaller than the level of significance .05(p < α = 0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. In other words, dollyo Chagi kick training program using elastic power bands can significantly increase the explosive power of leg muscle trainees of UKM Taekwondo Universitas Negeri...
