Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh hubungan antara brand experience dan brand loyalty. Analisis hubungan kedua variabel tersebut diperjelas dengan menguji brand love sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Objek dan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna produk kosmetik yang telah melakukan pembelian produk kosmetik yang sama lebih dari satu kali. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan sejumlah 160 buah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa brand experience memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan brand loyalty pada konsumen produk kosmetik di Kota Malang.
